Questions about pricing and billing
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and imCAD emails you the bank transfer details. The plan is activated on your account once imCAD confirms the payment.
Do plans renew or charge automatically?
No. Before your plan ends you pay for the next period yourself. If it lapses, licensed features pause; your design files stay on your computer.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Buy any plan and keep going with the same account, no reinstall needed.
Does the imCAD price include the AI subscription?
No. For now imCAD uses your Claude or ChatGPT account, which you pay to Anthropic / OpenAI directly. imCAD API (buy credits, no separate AI account) is in development.
How many computers per account?
One computer at a time. To switch, sign out in the app on the old computer and sign in on the new one, up to 2 times in 30 days.
